According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at Clarion Hotel Hyderabad Gachibowli. The identification proofs accepted are Adhaar Card, Driver’s License, Voters Card, and Passport. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.
The primary guest checking in to the hotel must be at least 18 years of age.
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may be chargeable by as per the hotel. The standard check-in time is 2 PM and the standard check-out time is 12 PM. You can contact the hotel directly for early check-in or late check-out.
The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out from the Hotel.
Clarion Hotel Hyderabad reserves the right of admission. Accommodation can be denied to guests posing as a ‘couple’ if suitable proof of identification is not presented at check-in.
The Hotel reserves the right of admission for local residents. Accommodation can be denied to guests residing in the same city. Hotel have the rights to deny any check-in due to any aforesaid reason.
The hotel is not responsible for the safety of any valuables left in the guest room or inside the premises.
For any update, User shall pay applicable cancellation/modification charges.
Modified bookings will be subject to availability and revised booking policy of the Hotel.
The cancellation/modification charges are standard and any waiver is on the hotel’s discretion.
Any illegal materials such as arms and ammunition, drugs etc. are strictly prohibited in the hotel premises.
Unmarried couples are allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Outside food is not allowed.
INR 150 charges apply for each key card which is damaged or misplaced.
Smoking in the non-designated area will attract a penalty of INR 5000.
Registered guests will be liable for any damage to hotel property, whether accidental or intentional. This liability extends to the cost of repairs or replacements. Guests are expected to use hotel facilities and equipment as intended and to take reasonable care of their rooms. Failure to do so, including through negligence or non-compliance with hotel policies, can result in charges to the guests directly.
Refund will be subject to the channel which the payment is processed. Any refund will be subject to the management desecration. Refunds can take time to process, potentially spanning several billing cycles, depending on the hotel, bank, and credit card Company etc.
